Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Environmental fee of $80 MXN, per room, per night will be requested by the property at the check in. Please note guests will not be refunded for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. Cancelations or changes made after check-in are subject to a penalty of 100% of the room rate. Mandatory supplement will be charged at check in for New Year's Eve dinner. All reservations during December 31st, $100.00 USD per adult and for children under 6-12 years old $50.00 USD, all reservations in All-Inclusive Plan.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. It was okay.
- What did you like most?Simple. Nice area of beach in front of hotel. Clean rooms. Some of the staff were nice.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Food was basic. No mexican food/tacos. Needed more seafood. WiFi didn’t work most of the time. Some of the staff were not friendly and barely attentive. I only tipped the good staff.
We had a wonderful time. Can recommend it to anyone
