Waste of money & would...
- What did you like most?Location is good and close to a lot of activities.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff was terrible. Check in took over an hour because the woman at the front desk was saying I didn’t pay through Booking.com when I did. I waited on hold with Booking.com for a long time until I was finally connected with an agent - and that was over 30 minutes after explaining to the front desk agent that she needed to put the room total on the Booking.com card, instead of the room total AND incidentals - which made us late for a memorial that we should have made with time to spare. Additionally, part of the reason we stayed at that specific hotel was because there was a restaurant onsite and they closed at 7 pm.
