Overall, this hotel is not worth the price. It should be rated as a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star one
- Was there anything you didn't like?I travel to Paris often, and I chose this hotel for a 10-day vacation because of its great location and good reviews. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The facility is poorly maintained, with several notable plumbing issues. The hotel ran out of hot water on two different occasions during our stay (which is especially difficult in Paris during the winter). The showerhead had to be replaced because no water was coming out, and both the sink and bathtub drains were clogged and were never fixed despite our requests. Housekeeping was also below standard: the bottom bed sheets were never straightened, the floor in the room was not vacuumed, and the bathroom floor was never wiped during our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be a fee if we used the hotel’s wine glasses to drink our own wine, which felt unreasonable. I requested to speak with the manager to voice my concerns but never received a call. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price. It should be rated as a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star one
