HORRIBLE customer service
- What did you like most?The room was nice, the lady at the front was not. Customer service was absolutely terrible, it felt like we were inconveniencing her doing her job when we needed something and during check out while she was on the phone with a friend. Walked away before we could even finish our check out - we did not get our $50 room fee back, did not get to add to our points, and did not feel welcome during our stay, in which I was having surgery and back and forth to the doctor everyday. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone traveling in the area.
