It isnt hotel experience of...
- What did you like most?Excellent location. Tram stop is just front of the hotel, metro is a few minutes walk. Breakfast is nothing special, but ok. Asked for a room change, and the hotel was flexible. The check in receptionist was very helpful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The first room was looking to the courtyard that was messy and dirty. The hotel has a room cleaning system that you can cancel your daily cleaning. We have not cancelled but they did not clean during the 3 days. Once we had to ask for clean towels. One evening we asked for restaurant suggestion in the area and the receptionist had no idea "I'm not living in this neighborhood" The hotel has an outdated design.
