Not worth the money
- What did you like most?The reptile event we went to was very fun!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was not worth the money and the staff were unhelpful for the most part. The tub was dirty and falling apart. The heat did not work in the room. The staff member told us to turn it up to 90° and wait. Waited two hours and the room got colder. Told them we wanted to switch rooms when they proceeded to tell us they were out of king rooms and we'd have to downgrade but they couldn't offer us a refund. Maintenance finally came and said they fixed it but room was still freezing all night even set at 90°. Will not be staying here again.
