Starting on January 1, 2025 the guest amenity fee will be USD 35 plus taxes (USD 40.49 per night, taxes included) Montrose at Beverly Hills is located in a quiet West Hollywood neighborhood, just 0.5 mi from the famous Sunset Strip. - Was there anything you didn't like?The room I stayed in was not clean. There were stains on the sheets and the towels. Also I got an additional upgrade because the original room I booked was “not available” so they put me in a street level room. I was not comfortable I asked for a downgrade
