- What did you like most?Friendly check in and accommodated my request for more towels and late check out.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was tired looking, peeling doors, there was no fan in the bathroom and it didn't ventilate steam. The bathroom door didn't stay open, and need to pay for breakfast. Coffee isn't available in the lobby all day. Ends at 11 am. I asked for housekeeping, but it never came. Only had 3 bath towels for 4 of us There was a lot of noise and banging coming from the hallway.
Fun festive stay with welcoming staff. Rosy was amazing with housekeeping Thank you!
- What did you like most?Was beautiful experience exceptional decorations. Staff attire and interactions were very helpful and professional.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Only issue I had was the first room the tv was not connected. The front desk was extremely helpful switched me to a new room.
